Take a journey into you as part of your holiday. Gove yourself the gift of unburdening your life, so that you can be completely present in your vacation and enjoy each moment fully as it arrives. At the Ancient Yoga Studio, you will reconnect with you, open your energy centers, learn to breathe properly, and learn the tools to respond rather than react to your life. Each class is different and will challenge you on every level. I will realign your body and begin the journey to build flexibility and strength on every level: physically, mentally, and emotionally. There is much laughter in every class and every class is small. The teacher has 2000hr+ of teacher training in every aspect of yoga and I live my life as a yogi. Most classes are in the studio, so I may use sound on you as well (sound bowls, tuning fork, shamanic bells, but there are some on the ocean sky deck in the morning. Each class will amaze you and leave you feeling high, without the aid of any alcohol or drugs. Each class will end with me putting you into a blissful coma. Spend some time with you, you are after all magnificent. The studio is located in the heart of Santa Maria, opposite the main post office square. It is within walking distance of most hotels and apartments. Classes are on average 70 minutes, though I have been known to give a little more than that. Making yoga a part of your holiday will allow you to retreat fully from your world and into ours.Includes
