One can't help but be taken in by the beautiful and romantically lit surroundings--graceful, white and blue, umbrella tables weave around palm and old trees, mosaic tiles, and the distant glittering pool.
The restaurant warmly welcomes the Morabeza hotel residents as well as other outside visitors, including children to enjoy an wonderful, international menu and live, local music.
Delights from the menu include starters such as the Tuna tartare, rolls of Aubergines, Tagliatelle salad with prawns, first course could be any of the local seafood, beef, pork, sweet-and-sour chicken, grilled dishes, pasta, and of course a delicious assortment of deserts including the popular pancakes Morabeza with ice cream.
The highlight of every week is Saturday evening--a true Cape Verdean celebration. The festivities celebrate the local Cape Verdean culture with traditional dancing, music, local arts and crafts and, of course, a sumptuous and luxurious buffet of local specialties. All are ecouraged to take part and enjoy the ceremony!
