Description
The tour starts in Praia from your hotel, heading towards the town of Rui Vaz, a dry farming area with incredible scenery.
Start your adventure on Monte Tchota, in the heart of the Natural Park, where you'll be greeted by breathtaking views of deep valleys and iconic mountains of Santiago. Start the descent along traditional paths used by local communities, passing through agricultural areas, small villages, and authentic moments of rural daily life in Longueira. The hike ends at the Grandvaux Barbosa Botanical Garden, one of the richest biodiversity spaces in Cape Verde.
