Gestión desastrosa: masaje en barcelo hoteles Precios premium, organización "low cost" Pésima experiencia y falta total de profesionalidad. Reservamos ayer un masaje para dos a las 12:00h y nos contactaron para cambiarlo a las 17:00h por un "error de duplicidad" en su sistema. Aceptamos el cambio, pero al llegar al Hotel Barceló en Praia a la hora de la segunda reserva , nos dicen que por "otro error" acaban de pasar a otras personas en nuestro turno. Es inadmisible que un SPA vinculado a la organización y prestigio de Hoteles Barcelo, con estos precios de gama alta , tenga una gestión tan caótica. Nos hicieron perder el tiempo y desplazarnos para nada. Decidimos cancelar inmediatamente. Si buscas un servicio serio y relajante, este no es el lugar. No lo recomiendo en absoluto. Apesar de nos terem insistido em oferecer o serviço como compensação, fizemos questão de pagar, pois a qualidade do trabalho e o cuidado recebido mereciam-no totalmente.
