Description

Get picked up at your accommodation and drive through the mountains until you reach Cape Verde's largest volcanic crater, Cova de Paúl. Admire the extinct volcano, which stands over 1,000 meters tall, and take in breathtaking landscapes of the immense and green round plain inside the crater, used as agricultural fields. Next, head to Delgadin, a perfect mountaintop to admire the natural towers carved in the valley of Ribeira da Torre. Arrive in Povoacão, one of the main cities of Santo Antão, and proceed to Ribeira da Torre, passing many fruits and vegetables along the route. Then, head to the charming coastal village of Ponta de Sol and meet the local fishermen with their small traditional boats.
