Departing from Praia city, the tour heads east to the island's most preserved and wild areas. The first stop is São Francisco Beach, a quiet cove with golden sand and open sea. This beach hosts a crucial sea turtle nursery and reserve, where seasonal visits offer insights into conservation efforts.
