First Scuba Dive Experience in Santa Maria, Sal Island

Description

Explore the underwater world of Sal with professional scuba diving instructors guiding you throughout this 3-hour experience. The island offers access to pristine reefs rich in marine life, including Mediterranean and tropical fish, sea slugs, rays, bull sharks, and year-round turtles.

Small groups of up to 4 participants ensure personalized attention. Transfers from your accommodation in Santa Maria are included. At the dive centre, you will complete registration, attend a theory lesson, test equipment, and practice diving in a pool under instructor supervision.

After preparation, you will travel by boat to a nearby shallow-water dive site (7 to 12 meters deep). The focus is on familiarizing you with diving and showcasing the Atlantic’s underwater environment, with instructors maintaining safety at all times.
