Local tip
Watch out for exhibitions which are held throughout the year.

Visões Africanas (African Views) is a gallery that exclusively shows contemporary African art.

The gallery is unique in Sal and one of only three in the whole of Cape Verde. The gallery represents over 20 well known contemporary artists and is an exhibition of paintings, sculptures and photographs that are as diverse as the countries from which it oringinates.

Visões Africanas only sells original artwork and is also an on-line gallery. We are well organised to ship internationally with complete security and peace of mind.

This is also a wonderful opportunity for visitors to explore Africa through the creative art exhibited.
