We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything is new, modern, and spotlessly clean. The room was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully designed. The swimming pool was fantastic and always well maintained. The food was delicious, with a great variety of fresh and tasty dishes every day. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again!
Fantastic swim up room (would recommend this as you get sunbeds outside by the pool). Cannot fault the staff. Everyone is very friendly and super accommodating. Will not forget all the smiling faces and kind energy brought by the staff (especially Anderson and Mateus in the restaurant). The room was spotless and comfortable. The selection of food at the buffet was good and had something for everyone. We will definitely be returning and will be recommending this hotel! Organisation for reserving onsite restaurants wasn't great, arrived on a Thursday and all the weekend bookings had already been reserved. Reservations begin on the Saturday for the following week but the Japanese restaurant doesn't open on a Monday so wasn't able to visit. Queues for a drink in the evening at the main bar get long but other bars are open to choose from onsite instead.
I had a great stay at this brand-new resort in Cabo Verde. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, with modern design, great facilities, and everything feels fresh and well thought out. It’s clear a lot of attention was put into creating a relaxing and visually stunning environment. Overall, it was a very enjoyable experience, and the setting makes it a perfect place to unwind. The only area that could use some improvement is the service, which at times felt a bit inconsistent—but that’s understandable for a new hotel still finding its rhythm. I’m confident that with a bit more time, the service will match the quality of the resort itself. I would definitely consider coming back.
This place has the potential to be amazing with just a few changes. Room was very clean and nice. Buffet food was standard. Good at times, subpar at others. The freshly grilled chicken was often dry and chewy but there was a good selection of food overall. The restaurants were very nice but frustrating at times. Cant order most drinks in the restaurant, only beer or pay for expensive wine. A little annoying. The hotel had a great selection of pools but unsure why they are all salt water, would be nice if one wasn't. The sand pool was great to spend time in. The hotels has great facilities right beside the beach and provided alot of entertainment every day and night. The staff took the counties motto "No Stress" too seriously, often taking their time, not caring about the queue and showing no signs to go the extra mile or be friendly. Overall a great hotel with the potential to be a standout.
