I had a lovely stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, modern, and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The Salt and Pepper restaurant was excellent, and the staff there were outstanding. The location was great, with easy access to the beach and local restaurants. Breakfast had a good selection, and the overall atmosphere was relaxed and enjoyable. I would happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Sal Island. Karen Mclarty
This was a great place, the hotel was spotless and the staff friendly. we had a floor 3 room (paid extra) and it was very good, lovely balcony. Short walk to beach just enough to be quiet at night . Breakfast was good considering it was a small hotel, some of Our party moaned but it had everything you could want.
Positives first, this hotel is very easy on the eye and instantly calming. Rooms are spacious and cleaned every day. The pool area is very relaxing and staff are very friendly. The added bonus are the free sun beds on the amazing beach which are accessible down the right hand side of the Hilton. This hotel would be perfect if it had tea/coffee making facilities in the room. The breakfast was adequate however, the hot food was quite often cold and 3 days of our 7 day stay there were no English teabags. I also found it very inconvenient that the staff decided to paint the outside of the rooms one day without any warning! Perfectly located and would recommend if anyone is looking for a chilled out hotel.
1 week in holiday with my family and my daughter of 2 years. The hotel is very nice and super clean, beautiful swimming pool. But the best thing is certainly the courtesy and kindness of the staff. All the personell was extremely kind with my baby, they always want to help you foe everything. If I will be back in Sal this hotel is my first choice. A Big thanks to all the Staff, the most professional I have ever seen.
Great hotel with excellent service. The rooms are neat and clean. We really enjoyed the junior suite. The food in the restaurant was okay, but I think the quality of the produce used was not constant. Some days were diffinitely better than others. The fish was delicious, the meats of a lesser quality. Portionwise the meals were very satisfying. The pool was pleasant and kept top notch clean. The hotel is close to the beach. The walk takes five minutes. Also the township of Santa Maria is but 15 minutes walk away via the beach promenade, which begins just behind the hotel across the road.
