Very very nice place.. very clean and everything new!! Not old stuff.. Nice breakfast with fresh fruits, home made marmalades..coffee.. tea.. everything you want!! You can walk to the beach where you find a few restaurants where the food is very nice and also the price…you can walk to the ‘plato’…They have a free shuttle when you arrive.. so .. no stress!! A great place to stay in Praia! Comfortable beds, clean, friendly and helpful staff. If you prefer a quiet room, ask for one upstairs.
Unfortunately our stay was quite challenging. Firstly the WiFi in the rooms doesn’t work at all so if you have online work this ain’t hotel for you. We said it’s not working and they basically ignored it. Secondly the bathroom was not clean properly, there were many hair on the floor. I asked the receptionist to clean it, she did and offered us complementary drink. Thirdly the breakfast we were leaving early in the morning and agreed night before that there will be breakfast ready for us in the boxes. You can guess by now it wasn’t. The new receptionist helped us get something quick and etc but the level of general Chaos and unpreparedness is at its highest.
Love this hotel, definitely recommend staying here! It's very clean and modern, I believe it's newly opened in the past year. The location is great, an easy 15 minute walk to the beach and restaurants at Quebra Canela. Has a beautiful pool, AC in each room, comfortable bed, and the staff were all super kind and helpful.
I had the most wonderful time at Casa Jardim di Sol. We were the first guests staying there and Rose, Ingrid, Codê and the rest of the team went out of their way to give us the best time possible. Breakfast was nothing short of fabulous, with all things homemade. Very comfortable room, a pool to enjoy, and situated in a tranquil residential neighborhood, near the oceanfront and the centre of Palmarejo. They also gave us great dinner recommendations and were always ready to set us up with a taxi or a driver. Can't wait to go back!
