The place is just breathtaking, super clean and it will really force you to relax. The infinity pool and the view, the breeze from the sea is just unbeatable. A highlight , there is an ATM machine inside the hotel and the exchange rate is fair compared to what they were offering at the airport. Pool or beach, it’s a choice to stay at the private pool or just few steps away outside the hotel at the public beach The Bfast is a very good balance to start your day but it is almost the same everyday so if you do not like surprises this is good and you can already plan what to eat the next day. The bar and restaurant in the hotel has excellent food , excellent drinks alcoholic and non alcoholic, fram fresh fruit juices, they have meals with beef, pork, chicken and seafood and excellent appitizers. We also had the chance to taste their tea wth different fresh ingredients. I heard the other hotels are also nice but this one has direct view of the water. You can see and hear the waves. If you want to go to the city the staff will help you get a taxi. Our room is very spacious, the bed was comfy and the aircon works. 😄 The cups for the coffee machine in the room is too tall and it does not fit in the place where the coffee comes out. There is a steamer in the room and I am very thankful to have this coz we needed to freshen up a silk dress and a linen shirt. The staff are very friendly and very careful so not to disturb you but they should also smile or at least say bom dia when you go in the hotel or you bump into them. Unfortunately there is no souveneer store IN the hotel or maybe I did not see inside the hotel. The glass doors handle leading to the outside of the pool and the restaurant is not visible enough so you have to search for it. ➡️➡️➡️ Music at the bar is nice and loud enough that you can hear it and can still read your book while there is music. I will definitely recommend this hotel and we will go back here again.
Excellent customer service from the entire staff. Special shout out the entire front desk staff for the morning, afternoon and night/evening shift. There was not a single problem they didn’t solve for me. I will return and I recommend this hotel to other guests.
I can say a lot about the hotel staff here. But most of all, I can save even more about the staff downstairs at the restaurants. They are an amazing group of people. Very kind, very professional there are so inviting. I enjoy each and every day when I walked into the restaurant. Thank you very much, guys for your professionalism. Hopefully 1 day I will see you guys again.
A really wonderful hotel with great 5 star service. The rooms are fantastic with a great view of the sunrise in the morning, and the staff are super friendly. My special thanks to Elvis in the restaurant and Vanisa on the front desk - muito obrigado
We spent two nights at this great hotel, which is easily the best option in Praia, and had a very good stay. The location is excellent for exploring the area, with quick access to both the beaches and the city centre, and the facilities are well maintained. The rooms are clean and offer great ocean views, which really enhance the experience. Service throughout the hotel was consistently friendly and helpful. Thanks to Erica and Elton at the front desk for their warm welcome and excellent advice. The bar and restaurant teams were also exceptionally friendly, with a special mention to Junior and the lady preparing omelettes at breakfast. Food quality and variety were very good, and breakfast offered a solid range of fresh options. The infinity pool overlooking the ocean was another highlight. One practical note: if you are staying over a weekend and your room faces Prainha, the small city beach, expect noise throughout the night, as nightlife continues until the morning (music until around 2 am, followed by voices and laughing and shouting after). Overall, this is a comfortable, well-run hotel with a genuinely welcoming atmosphere. We enjoyed our stay and would be very happy to return.
