Our stay at Agua Hotels Sal Vila Verde was truly memorable. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well equipped, making it the perfect place to relax after exploring the island. We were especially impressed by Flávio Pascoa, who responded promptly and clearly to all our questions via email before our arrival, giving us peace of mind and a warm welcome. The hotel staff were attentive and professional throughout our stay, making us feel truly cared for. There are buses to Santa Maria but not that often. Rooms are okay. Reception personnel are super friendly. The rooms don’t have WiFi - not ok. Overall, it’s a good place but for the same value you can find a more central location
Room is nice but dirty water is coming from the tap and it feels like a ghost town. 20min walk to the beach and then you can’t even swim in there as it’s not nice. Taxis are 5EUR each to town and shuttle bus does not run that often. Scary at night as there are barely any people, again it’s a ghost town. Still no late checkout possible besides it’s empty
