Very nice, well-equipped rooms and a good location. The only downside is the soundproofing from the street, which leaves something to be desired, but otherwise perfect.
Good location, but if you go during the holidays you won't get much sleep as it's not very soundproof. You can hear everything that's going on in the street. The rooms are large and well-designed, and the staff and owners are very helpful and friendly. The price for laundry is exorbitant, but they are very transparent about their rates. The breakfast is quite varied.
